12 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Hygge adheres to a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. We ask that our clients contact us within the 12 hour time frame before their appointment to request reschedule/cancellation. This policy allows for our technicians time to be respected and ensures our clients will be presented with any available time that may have previously been blocked.

GRACE PERIOD

running late to your appointment? IT HAPPENS TO THE BEST OF US. Our grace period consists of 15 minutes, after 15 minutes your appointment will be passed onto the next client, and your deposit fee will be held.

25% DEPOSIT DUE AT TIME OF SCHEDULING

with our 25% deposit policy we can ensure our technicians are able to receive a full wage for the high quality services provided, and time spent. Your deposit will only be held if there is failure to uphold our 12 hour cancellation policy, you are more than 15 minutes late, or no-show.

Art tier policy

SOMETIMES WE FIND THE PERFECT INSPO PICTURE, BUT THE DESIGNS IN THE PHOTO don’t MATCH THE ART TIER YOU BOOKED. IN THIS CASE, YOU MAY BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL PRICE AT THE TIME OF YOUR SERVICE (WHICH WILL BE COMMUNICATED IN CONSULTATION).
